Shipping policy

  1. All orders will be shipped within 24 hours. The package will be shipped in the USA, please allow 3-5 working days for your package to arrive.
  2. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a separate email with tracking information. If you created an account, you can log in to your account and view the status of your order.
  3. If you did not receive an email confirmation, you may have entered your email address incorrectly and therefore did not receive our email. If you have not received an email confirmation and have not seen your order in your account, please send an email to contact@kingdofacial.com.
