This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on Kingdo. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Time
Order processing refers to the period between order placement and shipment.
- Processing Time: 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- This includes order verification, quality inspection, inventory allocation, and packaging.
- Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional events, public holidays, inventory adjustments, or operational constraints.
2. Shipping Fees
Free Shipping
Orders over USD $100 qualify for free shipping to all supported delivery regions worldwide.
Orders Under USD $100
- Orders containing products from the Accessory Collection are charged a flat shipping fee of USD $6.90 per order.
- All other products are charged a flat shipping fee of USD $9.00 per order.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
As a cross-border brand, Kingdo does not operate under fixed shipping categories such as Standard, Economy, or Express.
Shipping methods are dynamically selected based on:
- Product inventory location
- Destination country or region
- Carrier availability
- Customs and regulatory requirements
Orders may be fulfilled via local delivery or cross-border international shipping. Delivery times are therefore estimates only and may vary.

5. Split Shipments, Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages due to inventory distribution or logistical efficiency.
- Split shipments do not incur additional shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
- Pre-order or out-of-stock items may be shipped at a later date.
- Please confirm receipt of all shipments in split-delivery orders.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. Tracking information may take time to update depending on the carrier.
7. Lost, Missing, or Not Received Packages
Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows the package as successfully delivered, Kingdo is not responsible for theft, incorrect acceptance by third parties, or failure to retrieve the package.
Delayed or No Tracking Updates
- Please contact your local courier or post office first.
- Contact us within 30 days after shipment if assistance is required.
Claims & Support Window
- If marked delivered but not received, contact us within 30 days.
- If not physically received within 12 hours of delivery confirmation, you must contact us within 48 hours.
- Late claims may lose eligibility for investigation or compensation.
8. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
The following are considered voluntary abandonment:
- Refusal of delivery
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- Failure to clear customs or pay taxes
9. Carriers, Packaging & Logistics
- International shipping typically uses YunExpress or similar carriers.
- Local delivery may use Amazon Logistics, USPS, or other regional carriers.
- Carrier selection is not fixed and depends on operational conditions.
10. Refunds, Returns & Changes During Transit
Due to split shipments and cross-border logistics limitations:
- No cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted while in transit.
- Requests may only be reviewed after delivery completion.
- Cross-border shipping costs may be deducted from refunds.

Important Updates
- Receiving time = Handling time + Shipping time
- The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of placing your order. It may take longer than expected due to an invalid address, customs clearance, or other causes.
