60-Day Return & Refund Policy

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all accessories, free gifts, and manufacturing seals intact.

Eligibility for Return
  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging (accessories, free gifts, seals intact).
  • Consumables (brush heads, gels, patches) are not returnable once shipped.
  • Keeping any free gifts will result in deduction of their retail value from the refund.
  • All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
  • Refund requests that fall outside the conditions listed above will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

    kingdo reserves the right to assess the specific circumstances and propose an appropriate refund solution accordingly.

How to Return (RMA)
  1. Email support@kingdobeauty.com to request an RMA within 60 days of delivery.
  2. Pack all original components securely in the original box or suitable shipper.
  3. Ship the item within 14 days of receiving your RMA.
  4. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility; shipping fees are non-refundable. Use a trackable service.
Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Your bank/payment provider may take an additional 7–10 business days to post funds. Shipping, handling, and depreciation fees (if applicable) will be deducted.

Refund Policy for Used Items or Adverse Reactions

If you experience unexpected adverse reactions after use, please provide medical or authoritative documentation (e.g., a doctor's diagnosis). Upon review, Kingdo may issue a partial refund, deducting shipping, handling, and depreciation fees. Claims without documentation cannot be granted.

12-Month Limited Warranty
  • Warranty covers materials/workmanship defects for 12 months from delivery.
  • Excludes misuse, abuse, unauthorized repair/modification, water damage, normal wear and tear, negligence.
  • If discontinued, a comparable replacement or store credit may be offered.
  • Submit claims to support@kingdobeauty.com with proof of purchase and issue details.
Additional Policies
  • Rejecting Delivery: Refund minus shipping/handling after inspection.
  • Cancel/Modify Order: Within 3 hours of placement.
  • Exchanges: Only for defective/damaged items. For different products, return for refund then place a new order.
  • Responsibility for Returns: You are responsible until items reach our returns center; keep proof of postage.
  • Fair Use Policy: Accounts with excessive/suspicious return activity may be limited.
Refund Requests Before Delivery (In-Transit Orders)

Orders that have already been shipped and are currently in transit are not eligible for cancellation or immediate refund, even if delivery has not yet been completed.

  • The order cannot be refunded until the shipment is either successfully delivered or returned to our warehouse.
  • If the customer refuses delivery or the package is returned to sender, the refund will be processed after inspection, minus all incurred shipping, handling, customs, and return logistics fees.
  • Delays caused by international shipping, customs clearance, local carrier processing, holidays, or force majeure events do not qualify as valid reasons for pre-delivery refunds.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Kingdo reserves the right to assess the shipment status and determine the appropriate refund solution based on the actual logistics outcome.
