Return Policy of kingdo
You have a 14-day window to return any product purchased from us, starting from the day you receive your item.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at marketing@newdermo.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return fees are the responsibility of the customer, and our fulfillment center is located in the Asia Pacific region.
Damages and Issues
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please send us video proof immediately. We will dispatch a replacement device as soon as we receive your proof. According to our store policy, we replace faulty items immediately and do not offer refunds.
Please note, we do not accept returns for items on sale or gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated previously, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
