CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are allowed to modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
Please send us your cancellation or change request within 12 hours of ordering. If this timeframe has passed, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled or modified as it might have started processing.
Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be altered or cancelled; please verify all details before finalizing your order.
DO I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES?
USA - Orders under 800USD* are exempt from taxes or duties. Taxes are only payable on orders over 800USD.
EU - Please be aware that your local VAT tax rate will apply on all parcels over 22EUR*. Duties are payable over 150EUR*. These taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total.
Canada - Taxes are payable on orders over 22CAD*.
U.K - You don't have to pay VAT or duties.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IF I ENTERED IT INCORRECTLY?
If you have inadvertently entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately to amend your details. If your item has already been shipped, we CANNOT alter or re-route your product and you WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all details are accurate before purchase. We take no responsibility for orders dispatched to the incorrect address.

kingdo is responsible for delivering your package to the correct building as per the address provided at checkout but is not accountable for the security of the package thereafter. As long as the item has been delivered to the correct GPS location of the building as per the address, kingdo has fulfilled its delivery obligation.
