- Manual：Each session lasts 10 minutes
- For first-time users: Start with a 5-minute trial session. If no adverse reactions (such as allergies or redness) are experienced, you may continue using the product.
- For first-time users, it is recommended to use the product 1-2 times per week during the first week, with each session not exceeding 15 minutes.

- Why can' t it turn on and work? When using the mask, the controller can only connect tothe mask but not to the charging cable, if you connect toboth the mask and the charging cable at the same time the mask can't be turned on.
- Why does M3 only light up three lights? M3 is 850nm near infrared light, which is a kind of invisible light, although you can't see the lamp beads light up, but it is actually normal light.
- How to charge? To resume use, recharge the mask by disconnecting the controller and connecting the charging cable directly to it. Charging takes approximately two hours.
